Human growth

Human development begins from infancy to adulthood . Human growth stops after a certain age adults . As adults , people will move into old age . Everything that exists on this earth was created on the greatness of God Almighty . The same happens with us today . Before birth , the fetus experienced the process of development in the womb . This occurs for approximately nine months and ten days . During this period there will be formation of various organs . For example , heart , brain , kidneys , lungs , and intestines . A baby has had a complete body parts like those of an adult human . However , there are also parts of the adult human body that does not have a baby . Newborn babies do not have teeth . Baby teeth begin to grow around the age of six months . After that , his weight will be greater and more agile movements . Body parts of babies will experience growth . The body parts will grow big , long , and strong .

In childhood ( under five years ) , people experiencing very rapid growth . In the infancy of human immunity is not well developed . Therefore , immunization is needed, so toddlers are not easily hurt . After infancy , humans will experience childhood ( 5-10 years ) . Human physical and mental growth is very rapid at this time . At this time the man can move , talk , and begin to think and behave . Therefore , adequate nutrition and the environment is required. It is useful for the physical and mental growth .
At the age of 12-17 years , humans entered the adolescence . At this time began to appear the difference between men and women . This is due to hormonal differences between men and women . Growth and development of the human reproductive organs occur during this period .
After adolescence, humans will experience adulthood ( 18-40 years ) . Peak of human development occurs during this period . Adult humans have the mental readiness and maturity . Furthermore , human adults will move into old age .
At this time degenerated organs function . Elderly people will experience bone loss and skin wrinkles . Their reproducibility also decreased . Elderly human movement becomes slower and more easily tired . In addition , many elderly people that his vision began to blur and hard of hearing.
Growth is directly related with nutrition. The human body requires an adequate supply of calories for its normal growth and this need of requirements vary with the phase of development. As per studies, malnutrition is referred as a large-scale problem in many developing countries. They are more likely to be underweight, much shorter than average, and of low height for age, known as stunting.
If the children are malnourished, this slows their growth process. There are nine different amino acids which are necessary for growth and absence of any one will give rise to stunted growth. Other factors like zinc, Iodine, calcium, phosphorus and vitamins are also essential for proper growth and deficiency of anyone can affect the normal growth and development of the body.
the most significant nutritional influence on bone is the availability of calcium. The close relationship between bone and calcium is indicated by the principal processes of calcium metabolism. Bone contains 99 percent of the calcium in the body and can behave as an adequate buffer for maintenance of a constant level of freely moving calcium in soft tissues, extracellular fluid, and blood. The free-calcium concentration in this pool must be kept within fairly narrow limits (50–65 mg per litre of extracellular fluid) to maintain the constant internal environment necessary for neuromuscular irritability, blood clotting, muscle contractility, and cardiac.
Chemistry and distribution of calcium
Calcium is a divalent cation with an atomic weight of 40. In the elementary composition of the human body, it ranks fifth after oxygen, carbon, hydrogen, and nitrogen, and it makes up 1.9 percent of the body by weight (18). Carcass analyses show that it constitutes 0.1-0.2 percent of early foetal fat-free weight, rising to about 2 percent of adult fat-free weight. In absolute terms, this represents a rise from about 24 g (600 mmol) at birth to 1300 g (32.5 mol) at maturity, requiring an average daily positive calcium balance of 180 mg (4.5 mmol) during the 20 years of growth
